There comes a point in every production where you put down whatever you are holding — a lighting desk, a clipboard, a phone with four apps open on it — and you realise the whole show is being held together with string, goodwill, and four systems that have never once been introduced to each other.
Mine came on a Tuesday. In a pub. With a pint I had earned and a spreadsheet I had not.
